Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
Please Note
We do not ship to the following locations:
- U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
- Any other restricted or remote areas
If an order is placed with an unsupported shipping address, it will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Important Shipping Information
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China.
Shipping Fees
We offer simple and competitive shipping rates:
- Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more
- $5.00 flat shipping fee for orders between $0.00 – $49.99
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Quality inspection
- Secure packaging
- Handover to our shipping partner
Important Notes
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday only
- We do not process orders on weekends or major U.S./Chinese holidays
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year)

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery time to the continental United States is:
10–20 Business Days
Estimated Delivery Time:11-23 Days

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
