Return Eligibility

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior return authorization.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for all approved eligible returns within the continental United States.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or clear instructions after approval.
  • The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Unauthorized returns or returns shipped without following our instructions may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or appropriate resolution at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days (may vary depending on your payment provider).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Note

The original shipping fee and any handling fees are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must initiate a return following the standard return process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
